Dr. David
T. Constant was raised in Cupertino and is a local graduate
of Monta Vista High School. He received his Bachelors in
Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis
and his Dental Degree and Orthodontic Certification from
the University of California at San Francisco. He received
a number of awards throughout dental school including the
U.C.S.F. School of Dentistry's Professionalism Award and
Student Research Award. He graduated with highest honors
from U.C. Davis and was elected to the O.K.U. National Honorary
Dental Society at U.C.S.F.
Dr.
Constant returned to Cupertino with his family and maintains
a practice limited exclusively to Orthodontics for children
and adults. He is currently a member of the American Association
of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, California
Dental Association, Santa Clara Dental Society, and Mid
Peninsula Dental Society.
Dr.
Constant continually strives for excellence in the practice
of Orthodontics by keeping up with the latest developments
and techniques by frequently attending continuing education
courses and local study groups. His practice has been geared
towards the treatment of young children with emphasis on
early treatment to intercept bite problems. Early treatment
can in many cases prevent the development of more severe
bite problems and reduce the need for excessive treatment
in the future. The practice also maintains a large percentage
of adult patients engaging in the most current adult treatment
modalities including the more recent advancement, the Invisalign
system. These 'invisible' braces are ideal for the busy
professional.
