Dr. Twelker is a long time resident of the area, being raised right here in Cupertino. He originally attended De Anza College, then went on to the University of California at Davis, earning his B.S. degree in zoology in 1981.

In 1985 he received his D.D.S. degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Twelker was elected to the OKU National Dental Honor Society.

Returning home to the South Bay, Dr. Twelker practiced in Saratoga before joining Cupertino Dental Group. Dr. Twelker truly enjoys seeing families in his practice where he performs a wide range of general dentistry including implants and cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Twelker and his wife, Patty, are raising three children. The family enjoys snow skiing, waterskiing, wakeboarding and fishing together.
